The infrared light at 850nm is not visible to the naked eye. Therefore, the light bulb we use has two chips, one for the red light and the other for the infrared light, which are integrated into the same bulb. There are 50 infrared bulbs and 50 seven color bulbs in total.

Our product uses a US-type plug that supports 5V2A power bank. Generally, a regular power bank should work (excluding poor-quality power banks). It is recommended to use a power bank for convenience. If you use an adapter, and the voltage is not sufficient, the light may not turn on. In this case, you can try changing the plug.

Yes. The LED Mask can be used with adapter as well as powerbank for easy movement.
According to the FDA, permanent hair removal means the “long-term, stable reduction in the number of hairs regrowing after a treatment regime.” Which is what our handset provides! But this may differ from the average interpretation of ‘permanent’. Remember even in-clinic laser is not fully permanent. In any case, if you don’t mind just one touch up every 3-4 months after the full treatment is complete, then I’d say it’s a pretty darn good deal!
